HOW IT WORKS Complete Coil Hook-Up: Factory assembled and 100% leak tested |

1. Coil Detail from Job Plan |
|
The HCi sales representative will take the coil
detail requirements for all types of terminal units on a job plan: Fan
coil, fin tube, unit heater, air handlers, and VAV boxes. HCi will incorporate a functional plan detail meeting all necessary
requirements into the HCi hook-up. HCi
will convert the standard or conventional way of piping a system into a
compact, labor saving plan detail. |

| 2. Quotation - Submittal Process | |
HCi will provide a detailed component drawing
and package quotation for each individual terminal unit on the plan. The detailed drawing will show a suggested piping configuration and
HCi product specifications. HCi
will also submit a detail quotation for each individual package drawing,
which is priced from our Consolidated Trade Price List. HCi submittal is only an interpretation of a job plan; HCi can
provide many options and accessories as needed for any submittal. Detail product specifications can also be obtained from HCi on
request. |

| 3. Order Entry | |
To enter an order the HCi representative must obtain the coil sizes and connection types, if applicable ATC valve schedules, ATC sizes and connection types and when a Terminator Balancing valve is required a flow schedule must be provided, including tag location, flow rate (GPM). HCi will then size and install the proper Venturi and provide the differential pressure rating right on the balance valve tag. |

| 4. Production and Delivery | |
Once the order has been entered, HCi will then produce the
order, leak test 100% of all connections and then bag & tag the
components making it easier for the contractor to locate and install each
piping package. HCi then will
box, label and ship directly to the jobsite. HCi will also provide with each shipment installation instructions
and Balance Valve pressure drop diagrams. |
