Terminator Drain/Blowdown |
|
|
|
These Drain and Blowdown ball valves by HCi are
specifically designed for commercial and industrial applications for
use in complementing the Terminator System product line. Like all
Terminator System valves these components boast a state of the
art hot forged brass body and hard chrome plated brass ball which
insures reliable, leak-free performance.
These valves have an integrated 3/4 male garden hose end
connection with a durable plastic retainer and brass cap. Featuring
the triple sealed stem which utilizes a virgin PTFE gland packing
and two Viton O-ring stem seals this valve ensures the most reliable
and high cycle-life stem available anywhere. Using these valves in
your system is the perfect compliment to the incredibly high
standard set forth by all the other Terminator System products.

Terminator B Preformed Insulator |
|
|
|
The Terminator B - Insulator by HCi is preformed
polyurethane, CFC-free insulation for Hot and Chilled water piping
applications. This material meets the UL 94 H1-F,HBF and DIN 4102 fire
resistance classifications.
The Terminator B - Insulator greatly simplifies the insulating
contractors job by eliminating the need for custom insulation pieces to
be cut and fit together. This (1) piece split-body design fits snugly over
the valve body, while still allowing easy access to both
pressure/temperature ports, vent tapping, handle and memory stop.
Un-obstructed balancing, throttling and venting means that you get the
insulation needed without compromising the valves functionality.
Thermal Conductibility: 40 Deg. C 0.045 W/mK
Water Absorption: <3% by volume
Volume Weight: 30 ± 3 Kg/m
Utilization Temperature: Bending Test -40 Deg. C
Thermal Stability: Up to +95 Deg. C
Tensile Resistence: Vertical >0.18 N/mm Horizontal: >0.16 N/mm

This manual vent is machined from solid brass bar stock and
finished with heavy nickel plating to provide greater corrosion resistance.
With 1/8 NPT threads, it installs directly into standard fittings and valves.
The stem is slotted to accept a screwdriver or a coin.
125 PSI / 250 Deg.

The operating principle behind the automatic air vent is based
upon hygroscopic discs inside the valve changing between their wet and
dry mode.
The air can also be discharged by manually rotating the plastic
handwheel by two turns. While in manual mode, the built-in check valve
remains open and fluid will escape to atmosphere. After use in the
mode, the handwheel should be closed down to return it to automatic
mode.
Can be installed horizontally or vertically.
MIN. 1.5 PSI - MAX 125 PSI / 230 Deg.

The operating principle behind this pressure/temperature port
was to save you time & money. This plug provides access to fluids in
closed systems without disruption and the added expense of installing
permanent test equipment.
The dual core design allows the bottom seal to close, sealing
your system before the probe is fully removed through the top core. The
membrane connection the two separate cores maintains true alignment
for increased ease when inserting probes.
Use anywhere you can use a schrader valve. Can also be used
to bleed air from lines.
MAX 1000 PSI / MAX 350 Deg.

This memory stop is made from forged brass Simply remove the
handle nut, insert the 0-100% indicator pad over the stem, then insert the
forged brass stop over the stem. Insert the screw into the stem, adjust
the stop to the flow required for your application and tighten the screw.
Now your valve will return to the same open position every time you
cycle open to close to open.
